Bachelor of Science Degree Completion Program
If you are interested in restaurant management — or in opening your own restaurant, you will be interested in getting a degree in culinary management. You may want to work in food research, be a food critic, a culinary instructor or even a food inspector.
There a many opportunities for finding well paying jobs including country clubs, hotels and resorts, cruise lines and convention centers. These represent only a few of the businesses seeking culinary professionals with bachelor's degrees.

How Does Learning Online Work?
The Art Institute Online's challenging programs balance curriculum, technology, instruction and interaction to create a meaningful learning process. Each online course is presented in a 5.5 weeks, asynchronous format. This means that you won’t have to attend classes at a specific time of day – you can log in whenever it’s convenient for you, as long as you meet our attendance requirements of participating in class five out of every seven days.
