Dried Chanterelles
A trumpet-shaped wild mushroom with a beautiful yellow color and delicate, nutty flavor. Chanterelles are great as a separate side dish or addition to other dishes and sauces.
Dried Porcini - Extra Grade
Also know as cèpes, these extra grade pale brown wild mushrooms have a meaty texture and pungent, earthy flavor. One ounce of dried porcini mushrooms serve 4 people in soups, stews, and sauces.
Dried Black Trumpets
Unusual because of their black color, these whole wild mushrooms will perfume your original dishes with a taste similar to truffles.
Dried Morels
A honeycombed, coneshaped wild mushroom in the same fungus species as the truffle.
Morels have a smoky, earthy, nutty flavor and range in size from 2 - 4 inches.
Wonderful alone when sautéed in butter, but also a great addition to mushroom sauces.
